The general categories which are likely to be of interest include: communication (interpersonal), group performance, group skills, guiding skills, interpersonal skills, interviewing, and leadership development. Under these categories you will find sub-categories. For example, under interpersonal skills you will find conflict, etiquette, handling difficult people, valuing diversity, negotiating, and office politics. http://www.mapnp.org/library/

These materials appear to have been created by their Equal Opportunity office. These documents detail instructions on a variety of subjects likely to be of interest to interpersonal, small group, intercultural, and gender communication instructors. The modules present introductions, exercises, and sometimes testing methods. Click here for a list of the documents (modules) available at this site. They are in Microsoft Word format.
