Bed of Roses (film) 1996 - USA - 87 min. - Feature, Color Keywords: bank-personnel, love, romance
In this romance, a kindly florist spies a lovely young woman crying in her apartment and decides to cheer her up. The woman is hard-working investment banker, Lisa, who is so busy promoting her career that she has little time for a social life. Lewis is the romantic florist who sends her an enormous bouquet. Deeply touched by the anonymous gesture, Lisa begins frantically searching for Lewis' identity. She finds him and they fall in love and a wonderful romance blooms. But the relationship is not without thorns, and soon it looks as if love will wither and die. Fortunately, it is only a dry spell and with the addition of plenty of Hollywood fertilizer, the affair is once again healthy and growing. -- Sandra Brennan
