This web page is designed to promote the Empathy internet mailing list.
The Listserver program distributes the mail which our subscribers mail to our
list. The mail is reviewed by a moderator for content appropriateness and form. Then the
moderator forwards the mail for distribution by the Listserv program. Most members receive
their Empathy mail in daily digests while others receive it as it is posted (See
FAQ for instructions on how to change options). Traffic on the list is
currently rare, although subject to short burst of activity.
List Management
Empathy is moderated by Bill
Edwards, Ph.D., who is professor of communication at Columbus State
University, Columbus, Georgia, and by Anastacia Kurylo,
Ph.D., who
is assistant professor of communication arts at Marymount Manhattan
College.
Empathy is hosted and served by the University System of
Georgia's Office of Information and Instructional Technology which is
located at the University of Georgia, Athens.
